Clean rooms great staff nice pool good bar:)

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, I didn't feel like I was in a dirty hotel (you hear the rumors about hotels, this place felt clean). The lobby was nice, and my parents and I had drinks at the bar, very nice setting. Wifi was free and there was a very helpful interactive directory in the lobby that mapped out the city and its attractions for you. The shuttle to and from Sea World was a plus! Friday night manager was not helpful nor sympathetic twice later, after
a long work week and drive to San Antonio. I had to circle the lot in the rain to find
a lit spot within the property while my wife
and daughter played in the pool.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The indoor/outdoor pool was great! Our family enjoyed the pool very much and logged a ton of hours in the pool and hot tubs. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. The free high speed internet was easy to use and very convenient. The menu at the hotel restaurant was a bit limited. Also, there was a DJ at the pool one night (until 9 pm) which seemed very out of place. I wasn't too thrilled that my little children were hearing music that hilighted women's bodies and the taking off of clothes of said bodies. The people were nice but we never had enough was cloths we had two adults and three kids and we had to ask for wash cloths every night we always had five towels but but not enough was cloths to match the towels and the towels were not soft very scratchy and the restraunt didn't have very many options on menu especially for kids

Staff was friendly. Always gave extra towels when needed. The kids movie and free pop corn great. Pool was awesome I would recommend this for a family vacation. I will stay here again if we go back.

very nice and pretty new hotel overall. Much nicer than most surrounding hotels. The salt water pool is a very nice touch. The staff were very helpful. the shuttle to Sea World is a nice option.
