Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I liked this hotel staff's professionalism, friendliness, team spirit. I saw this behavior from the front desk, food service and the cleaning staff. This made my stay enjoyable and peaceful.
I just felt too much "media" over stimulation in public areas. It would be good to have a "quiet" area for dinning, etc. if possible.

Staff was terrible, not helpful.

You pay $20 to park overnight and the parking is very limited. Usually end up parking in the back of hotel. I could not get over how bad the staff actually was. If you wanted to know anything about the hotel, you had to ask. Not what I would expect with a rating of three stars...I would definitely give it a strong two star rating!

Staff accomodated my request to face away from the freeway. Good location, decent rooms. Reasonably quiet. Good view of the hill from the opposite side. Close to nightlife in hillcrest.
A kids group created loud chaos, but no one from the staff seemed to want to ask them to pipe down. Parkings $18 overnight. Poor quality toileteries. Somewhat dated decor.

Great loczg ion for whatbwe were looking to do, near many tourist areas
The fridge in the hotel did not work, when I tried tomcall the front desk the phones did not work. There was no dial tone, I had to call from my cell phone, and called about 10mtimes before I was able to get through.

Great location, central location to many areas. Pool is not bad and starbucks coffee is a plus

The room was very nice. Roomy, clean. Great location. Close to everything we did.
$18 a day for parking was a bit pricey. We knew about the charge for parking before we got there, but it was still too high.

If you're going to Sea World this hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive to get there. The freeway is very accessible. Easy to get to beaches. Minutes to Old Town. Marriott Courtyards are great places to stay and this location is no different. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great and the location was great. The rooms were nice-esp for the price in San Diego,CA
The only big negative was the fact that when I arrived I was suprised to find that I had to pay $18.00 a day to park my car!! I feel like I was deceived a bit as that should have been included on Priceline info--that screams shady to me

Good Location-about 10 to 15 mins from Gas Lamp ent area downtown or about $20 cab ride with tip. I graded it down more because of the $18 dollar a day parking suprise-otherwise its a nice place

The room was very nice, the staff helpful, and I loved the pool area
$18 to park for one night, total surprise upon arrival!! No microwave, or freezer in the fridge, or info book in room. Except for parking fee, just little annoyances.
