The hotel room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
There was construction we weren't told about that was loud. It also blocked off the front of the property (had to climb over bushes to leave). The housekeeping staff was VERY loud in the mornings. No complimentary coffee/tea service though advertised.

The hotel itself was clean, and the room was nicely appointed. However, the day staff (including front desk & housekeeping) left something to be desired. If you are looking for a friendly, courteous, helpful staff, this hotel isn't a good option. If you are looking to sleep in on the weekends, the housekeeping staff yelling in the halls early in the morning would probably prevent it. clean and close to where I want to go
When asked if the continental breakfast serve, the clerk said it is not included when booked thru.the third party.If this is true we should have been told before hand.

That's only complaints I have, otherwise it is a good price for what I have

Excellent location, helpful staff, clean and attractive rooms.
Might request a room facing away from the pool, they had a party around the pool, but not very disruptive and there were double doors that kept the noise out.

No real tip, just enjoyed the room, exactly as described and very clean.

Loved the beds and the friendly staff!
Bathtub was chipped in a couple of places, but really no big deal.

This hotel is what I expected. It would be great for a business traveller as the location is right in the middle of an area that had all office buildings. That said, it was super quiet on the weekend - like you could go stand in the middle of the street and not get hit. I loved the bed - very comfy - loved the staff - super helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi was nice too. The only downside was that we had to drive everywhere we went, but, then that was partly my fault when booking as I was not familar with the area. ...read more

Everything regarding the hotel was great! Staff was helpful and friendly
The surrounding area was in a business district, so after 5 pm none of the eating establishments in a nearby shopping center were open, not even on a Friday night! Oh, except for the McDonalds, which we ended up eating at.

The hotel itself was wonderful. The common areas were nice and workout areas clean. Before you stay at this hotel call ahead to see if there are any youth sports teams staying there. It got very noisy with several teams running the hallways, especially in the evening and early mornings.

The room had smoke smell and after they move us to a different room, it's bathtub was shooting off water. I was so unpleased with this experience.

Do not waste your money.

The hotel has been totally renovated and looks great! The location is excellent!

This hotel has a great cafe for breakfast and is located within walking distance to fast food places and a great brewery/restaurant.
