Services was great.
Did not get ballet services, driver had to help us with the bags.
Very clean, food was excellent, and the drivers that picked us up and drop us off were great.

In-room internet does not work.
Convenient to the Toluca airport. Clean facilities, nice layout, good amenities, staff proficient in English.
