Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crossland Denver-Thornton
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(11) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(9) | Family with Young Children(5) | Family with Teens(3) | Senior Traveler(2)

Staff was really friendly.
mold in bathroom. Dirty kitchen, chair, table and comforter. Smelled of cigarette smoke.
Pay a little more and stay elsewhere. Didn't even shower or use the kitchen due to their condition. I stay in hostels and cheap hotels all of the time and I used to be a housekeeper. This place just grossed me out. I should have just left.

Location. It was near my work and had a few fast food places near.
It does not have a traditional lobby that is open 24 hours. It has an office that closes at 11:00 pm. There is a note on the office door explaining to go to a phone on the premises and call an extension. A pain when arriving at midnight.

Nothing. I checked out early because of filth and headaches. Unable to get a refund. Not sure why Priceline would associate with such a place. Great place for gang bangers.
How dirty my room was. I had constant headaches from the smoking stench and the vents were absolutely nasty, not sure if mold or just filty. Stains on the floor, was not swept or vacuumed when I arrived. Had to pull off the bedspred - clumps of hair.
Avoid. Even for budget traveler there has to be better options - as in across the freeway or on 120th Avenue.

Great location near my family
The smell was horrid everytime you came back to the room
The room smelled, bugs in the sheets and the noise from outside visitors was ridiculous.
