I was interrupted at 11:30pm on 4/20 from the fort lauderdale police dept. Stating a 911 call came from my room 324. I advised the officers that it was impossible bc I unplug phones when visiting bc my 3yr old loves to play.

The hotel room reeped of smoke. Their were burn marks on the furniture as well as the toilet. The fridge did not work.

nothing. room stunk of tobacco smoke. did not change towels or sheets. poor overall service
did not like any thing about it. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

make sure you tell the guest their preference for smoking or non smoking room.

The guest representative went it his way to assist me.
The bathroom was horrible.

My overall experience was ridiculous. I wish I could've gotten a truing and stayed home instead.

Room was spacious.
Rest room was nasty even if you ask for non smoking you still get smoking.

My overall experience, my stay was fine, me and fiancé frequent here all the time.

I asked for 2 queen beds, when I got there, they gave me a studio with one full bed and it was a smoking room because the smell was horrible, tried to change rooms but the front desk person told me that the hotel is full and they have nothing else available so I had to sleep on the floor that night.....not very Pleasant for that or anything in it.

Dirty hotel, bad location, bad service.

Horrible. Not just a sleazy hotel.
We were scared to be there. The room was dirty and disgusting.

We enjoy traveling, We will not use your services again if this is the type of places you deal with..
No ice machine, room was dirty, looks like construction was going on in the room we stayed.

We were not at all pleased with this hotel. The first room he wanted to give was so filled with smoke. We ask for another room The second room was dirty and the kitchen area was under construction. there was not a closet in room, we had to put our clothes on the floor, the floor was dirty. No ice for the guest. Not a good stay at all.
