Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crossland Tacoma-Hosmer

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Wood floor in dining area.
Dirty dishes, bed hard as a rock and noisy.

Bad area of town. Poor interior appearance. Bed hard as rock and sounds like plastic. I left after 2 hours. Would like a refund.

It had what I needed at a good price.

Typical of this chain. Everything clean and in working order.

It had a nice little kitchenette.
It had a small, hard bed.

Decent hotel but too small a bed for two adults.

It was very clean.
The bed was extremely noisy making it difficult for my husband to sleep. He slept on the floor.

The property was clean and spartan. Good if you are a single male who needs a cheap place to stay for the long term. It did not feel safe even though there were cameras and security doors. I felt uneasy here. It just felt weird and not at all relaxing. Then my husband slept very poorly on a very noisy bed.

Price.
Broken Toilet, scary location,
horrible bed.

This hotel is not worth the price. I was traveling for work and found myself kind of frightened to be there. The bed was
rock hard as mentioned in other reviews. The toilet was broken, and the kitchen sink water was rust red. Not a good experience.

Good handicap accessibility.
Bed uncomfortable, no housekeeping, lack of towels for number of nights stayed.

Good clean, easy access, simple layout, and wheelchair accessible.

The small kitchen was nice.
The beds are as hard as a rock! Not comfortable at all!

The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel needed some updating.
