The service response was courteous and prompt.
No wireless internet and rooms were spartan.
Overall a very nice hotel, but it doesn't live up to the expectations set by its lobby. The lobby is fairly grand, if a little spartan, but the rooms were a disappointment and felt like a mid-range hotel type decor. Definitely not 4 star. It had 4 star amenities (24 hour room service), but the rooms were not of that level and there was no wireless internet access! In 2010! Not cool. ...
