Due to a problem, they switched my room without hesitation.
Blinds do not pull shut, elevators loud, initial room overlooked interior lobby...awful lights.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and had a room available at the last minute.
Did not offer a free breakfast, and the breakfast in the restaurant was expensive, so we did not eat there.

The 1st room they gave us had a bad smell, the AC did not work properly and the TV remote did not work.

My room was next to the lobby and extremely loud! Our window looked out into the ground level of the lobby and was not very private or relaxing at all.

The hotel is nice and convenient to many restaurants and stores. However, our room was on the lobby level next to the elevators and entry to the lobby. It was a gathering place for people headed off and on the elevators and into/out of the lobby. It was very noisy, especially at 6AM. The room widow looked into the lobby and is not practical to have the curtain open in the room due to privacy issues. ...read more
