proximity to everything.
The ambiance close proximity to the airport and restaurants is a plus, but I didn't like the fact that I was charged more for a room without a complimentary breakfast. Not all customers are business people at the hotel, and it would be great if the hotel could provide a lower rate for an hour or two for Internet use in the room. Sometimes some travelers just need to check their emails. Not everyone of us have big corporate accounts. It would be great to give your customers choices in Internet prices other than what they have now.

This hotel was great, especially considering how relatively inexpensive it is compared to other nice Singapore hotels. If it's your first trip, this hotel is AT the airport, which is off the beaten path. Probably not the best location for a long stay, but if you're only in town for a couple days or just stopping through you couldn't pick a better place. The rooms are gorgeous and the pool is incredible. Great restaurants and a beautiful lobby! ...

Couple
The only reason we chose this hotel was for convenience because of early morning flight. Entrance to terminal 3 from hotel is blocked until 6 am. Tram did not run early morning to Terminals 1&2. Had to take a cab and incurred ridiculously high fare for a 2 minute ride to terminal 1.

While in transit for a day or less, I would highly recommend the hotel for it's convenient location and comfort.
