Hotel changed the agreed upon room rate when I checked in. In fact they were changing the rates for every one in the check-in line as there was a huge convention in town and most hotels were fully booked. Essentially the choice was agree to the change or find a new hotel with limited availability. Not much of an option when you arrive after 9 pm from an international flight.

Advertised airport shuttle. There was no shuttle by the hotel.

It contains everything you might need for a trip, from restaurants, gym, swimming pool, shops, night clubs and pubs etc. The personnel is very friendly.
