It was nice, the entertainment stand was very dusty and dirty, the closet door was broken, but the grounds were nice as well as the staff

The rooms were small. Outside entrance to rooms made it feel like motel and the location was in the hood/industrial area. Would not rate a 3 1/2 star.

Rooms were small. Right off the freeway was noisy and it's location is terrible.

Room not ready at check-in After waiting, room assignment changedToilet backed up twice during my two-night stayNo printout of a final folio at check-out confirming that I had no additional charges during my stay

In my opinion, the overall rating should be lower (2.5 stars).Staff at the front desk could use an upgrade to their level of professionalism.Next time, I will stay at the Marriott at Cal State Fullerton.

Very clean and friendly hotel. The location next to the 91 freeway was convenient but noisy.
The restaurant was average. Staff was friendly. Food mediocre.

Great bang for the buck!

The hotel appears to have gone through a recent renovation. The rooms were very nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, the staff was pleasant, and the location provided convenient access to Disneyland and a variety of shopping.

Nice pool area and convenient to highway.
Room was tired. Sink would not turn off completely without fooling with faucet handles. A/C Heater unit was so loud it kept me awake first night. After complaint, engineering fixed, but I should not have to ask in a 31/2 star property.

Reasonably nice room and amenities, for the price and area.
Room all facing inside court, people walking by having full view of the inside, like a motel. Location not easily find (off road with no sign).

- location difficult to find (very remote and no sign leading to the hotel) - motel like room, people walking by can see the inside. - not really feel like a 3 star hotel, but ok for the area and price.

Fantastic staff, good services like hotel shuttle to disneyland, free parking on site.
Noisy - lots of outside noises especially around 2-3 am!! In addition, there are some tour shuttle buses dropping off people all time of the night too. Hard to get a peaceful night's sleep even if you are a heavy sleeper. Not worth it for the price I paid

It is well situated for Disneyland visits. Lots of rooms available at the last minute. This is a huge hotel catering to tour groups from abroad. So, there is a lot of traffic at all times of the day outside the rooms. There are excellent restaurants nearby in Fullerton where you can get all kinds of cuisine. The parking is free (it costs $10-$20 / day in other hotels around disneyland). Close to many department stores like Target, Walmart, Vons etc so that you can pick up any necessities that you might have forgotten. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff for directions and where to go.
There was an electrical relay noise all day, all night, all the time. It sounded every 6 seconds to 30 seconds. Sleep was disrupted continually with this noise. The neighboring room also heard this noise 24/7 and complained. They were told it was the boil

If staying here make sure you on on floor 1 or 2 and you will not have to listen to this continual noise.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO TOOK CARE OF THE POOL AREA WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL
LOCATION IN INDUSTRIAL AREA, HOWEVER ONLY A SHORT DRIVE TO MOST DESTINATIONS

CANNOT BELIEVE 3 1/2 STAR ASPIRATIONS & 3 BUCKS FOR A STINKING CUP OF COFFEE I MAY BE NIT PICKING BUT THATS RATHER MOTEL 6 ISH
