We had a breakfast in the hotel, it was unbelievably good, but.
Very expensive, TV, internet , phone, very expensive.

Location ok, about 20 min walk from HBF-main train station, quiet area, I would stay there again.

Small bathroom, little bathtub and no shower.

Comfortable hotel with friendly hotel staff located close to the city centre on the Außenalster.

Relatively limited space.

I stayed at the Crown Plaza Hamburg for one night. Good experience. Loved how close the hotel was to the Aussenalster and Uhlenhorst. Hotel is located in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood, but also in walking distance to Hamburg's city center - if you enjoy a pleasant walk along the Alster Lake.
