Good value at a nice location in a great New England town. Easily accessible from I-84, and close to the centre of Southbury, where there are a number of good restaurants. Friendly and professional staff.

I wish I had known that the $25.00 fee they attached to my credit card ("in case I charged something, restaurant, lounge for example") was going to be held for this long. Two phone calls, resulting in no refund. It's two weeks now. Can you help?

Not especially professional demeanor demonstrated by staff we came in contact with.

The food in the bar area was great... very good and service person was very nice. Check in was very fast and accomodating
had to get new room keys daily , did not work. Urine on floor of bathroom at check in, toilet would not flush. Dining room in need of upgrade..paint on chairs chipped etc and breakfast was horrible... old ..been sitting too long..terrible.

Very surprised at the size of our room. It was almost a suite size. We had a King Bed and another one could have probably fit into the room comfortably.Staff was always friendly (even the people who we were not dealing directly with).
Water Pressure and Temperature. It took a very, very long time for the water to warm up, and it was fairly weak. The "hot" water was just barely at bath temp. I understand the reasoning (money saving and less chance of getting burned), but I needed a hott

Easy access. Friendly Staff. Good value (through Priceline).

Strongest whirlpool ever! Complimentary cookies and hot cider was a nice touch!
Bed was just okay, have slept in more comfortable ones recently in other hotels.

No restaurants to speak of in the immediate area (other than hotel restaurant). Have to go a couple of miles to next exit. The hotel didn't look that promising from the outside, but the room was nice and clean. The staff was nice.

The beds were really comfortable and the room in general was nice.
The sink was small, the water took awhile to warm up, and when you ran the water in the sink
and
the water in the shower turned cold. Also, we were on a non-smoking section of the hotel and could clearly smell smoke in the hall way.

Although, it was a very nice and elegant hotel, we only stayed there for one night. You couldn't run the sink and the shower at the same time without the shower water turning ice cold, and seeing as the hotel was a nice hotel you wouldn't expect to have trivial problems with the water.

The staff both in the bar and everywhere else were wonderful.
Again, I had an infection occur the day after getting into the cold tub.

I feel terrible to write a bad review for the Crown Royal. We frequent this hotel quite a bit. We have
never had a problem with the hotel or staff. They are wonderful, but due to the hot tub, I ended up getting an infection. I realized after we got back that they will be renovating the pool area in November sometime. Thank you for that. I have

it was a pretty and clean hotel for the price I paid. it was convenient to the highway but not many restaurants near the hotel
