Good bed. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly good restaurant for a suburban hotel.
No refrigerator or microwave in room. Only one coffee K-cup supplied for coffee maker(had to ask for more).

This hotel is designed for business and corporate travelers, conferences, meetings, etc.. Though not ideal for the casual vacation traveler (no microwave or refrigerator in room), we would stay there again if the location fit our travel plans and the price was right and no major (i.e. noisy) meetings or conventions were booked.

The hotel has beautiful rooms, great location, the lobby was very impressive and the staff were courteous and professional.I was very impressed with the hotel. The food was great. The hotel is well designed. I loved the 40" flat screen TV.
The matress was uncomfortable, too soft. The housekeeping staff weren't friendly. I didn't approve of the glass handicapped shower stall.

I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza to all my friends and family. Very quite and relaxed atmosphere. The room and the halls were spacious.

Friendly staff, room was well appointed and well lit. Bed was comfortable.
Public space needs to be better decorated - as nice as the room was, the common areas looked dated.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. An unusual feature of the bathroom - the shower stall with fixed glass door alongside 2/3 of stall. One must commit to be INSIDE the shower while adjusting the temperature of the water - for travelers unaccustomed to the shower controls, requires a leap of faith. By far, the most fantastic hotel I have ever stayed at. I've never been to a five-star hotel, but I'd imagine that this place comes pretty close to one!

Free wifi, comfortable cozy bed, HD TV, modern interior design and look - what more could you ask for? I also appreciated the koi pond and waterfall in the lobby. I can't wait to return!

The staff was very personable and friendly and they also had a wonderful free breakfast buffet.

There is not a lot to do in the area of the hotel, but the hotel itself is lovely.

I asked the front desk for some assistance and they immediately granted my requests, which they did not have to do. They made my stay special instead of simply a place to sleep the night.
The room telephone did not work.

Location and comfortable beds.
Bathrooms were WAY to small with only a shower that was open and water temperature very difficult to adjust. The water got all over the floor.

Hotel convenient location, beds comfortable with very small bathrooms.

Great location, peaceful & relaxing atmosphere, very clean & inviting. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
My husband and I stayed in a king room which did not come with a microwave or a fridge. We had to pay $20 per day to have them in our room. For the price of the room we expected that they would already be included in the room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is in close driving distance and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great for a business trip or quick getaway.

The hotel room was fantastic-loved the furniture, color of the room, and the shower. My boyfriend and I often book rooms through Priceline, and this was the best and greatest experience we ever had! We saved a lot of money by using Priceline service!!
Everything was great except the location of the hotel. There are many other hotels in the area, but not much to do in terms of shopping and dinning.

I definitely recommend this hotel, and you should book through Priceline!
