The location is great!
The room was not 3.5 stars at all. Stained furniture...bad room service...awful!

This is obviously a business hotel where amenities are not the focus. I ordered room service and it was truly bad. My soup was cold and the chicken was of the frozen variety. When I entered my room I had to have housekeeping bring me another desk chair because the one in the room looked like some one had just had a romantic interlude on it. It was stained and everything! From that moment on I was uncomfortable. I would be afraid to use Priceline to bid when I travel to this area ever again for fear that I might be placed at this same hotel again. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They sent people to the room to help very fast. I really enjoyed my stay. I like great customer and friendly service.

This hotel is beautiful inside. The beds are very comfortable and you will not want to get up. The internet is so fast at this hotel.

The swimming pool and the gym located on the other side, next building.

Overall really good hotel, great location across from the mall and the free wi-fi so fast too compare to Doubletree hotel king of Prussia located not too far away each other.

Great location with easy access to the mall.
There is no swimming pool onsite. You have to go to a fitness center near by.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Polite staff.
The pool is at the hotel next door, so you have to go outside in the cold to get to & from; There are signs posted requesting that one shower before swimming, however there are NO signs indicating which locker room is for men/women!!! Pool area was poor.

Very nice hotel right across the street from an enormous mall and lots of great restaraunts. Pool is NOT so nice and is only accessible by going outside (in the cold if you're there any time other than summer).
