The location was perfect, the overall quality met my expectations.
The Business office for customers was not available, which don't allow me to print some important documents.

Good location, clean and very helpful people at the reception, plus the parking price was reasonable.

Location!Beds very comfortable and pillows were great. Great views from rooftop deck.
Upstairs rooftop deck was great but their chairs were in disrepair.

Location cannot be beat. Hotel pool much smaller than it appears in photos! The staff was very helpful and we were able to bike everywhere from this location. We would stay again.

Beautiful floral arrangements and in the center of the city.
Bar on the roof did not have enough help.

Beautiful centerly located with good locations for activities. Great place to see the sunset from the roof bar. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Rooms were clean. Great place to stay.

Location, cleanliness, staff, friendliness, was able to leave our luggage with them prior to check in, and after check out.
Fridge and air conditioning didn't work well, but was acceptable.

I would recommend it, to anyone who wants to be in the middle of Key west, the waterfront isn't that great, so Duvall street was a great location right in the middle of everything, and wasn't noisy at all.

Location. It's in the heart of Duval St where all the activity happens. Walk out the front door and voila, you're there.

The whole 2nd floor is under construction with noise at all hours. The windows were old and leaky, letting in noise from party outside.

Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep.

Very friendly staff from valet service on, bell boy, front desk attendants,did not like the first room and they immediately changed it.
Fairly expensive.

The hotel is very beautiful. Valet service and everyone was very courteous. I was with a friend who had a birthday and I mentioned it at the front desk. Sent her a lovely greeting with handwritten wishes and two vouchers for breakfast. That was a very pleasant surprise.
