The price. Can't beat the deal. Our room on the 3rd floor had sliding doors that opened up onto a little patio next to the pool area, easy access!
Felt the place was not to par with most 3.5 star hotels. The entire hotel is "non-smoking" however the room was still very 'musky'. Coffee pot in the restroom was just gross.

Great deal for the hotel. It's located in a very quiet and non-busy area of old down town San Pedro (next to all the industrial cargo docks). Felt the location was a little isolated / dreary. The hotel is a little older but kept up well for the most part. We were told the building is 'non-smoking' but the room was still a little musky. Did NOT like that the coffee pot was situated INSIDE the restroom, it could've been on the desk in the room instead. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and had sliding doors that opened up to a little patio which gave us easy access to the pool (nice feature). It was ok for one night. However we were in town for a wedding in Long Beach and in retrospect wish we had spent the extra twenty or thirty dollars for a room in the Long Beach area. ...read more

Good location
Electricity went out and I was unable to shower and curl my hair before a meeting that afternoon; however, even though we booked through Priceline the hotel did everything in their power to rectify the situation; i.e. complimentary food

It was in a great location for the cruise port. Location was walkable to several restaurants. Hotel had a shuttle to take us to the cruise port. The bed was comfy.
The room was clean but the windows were filthy on the outside.

Loved everything about the hotel!!

Location, cleaniness, friendly staff, parking and room elevators conveniently located. Will stay here again FOR SURE!!

I could sleep without noise! The beds are comfortable and very clean. You can get a very good nights sleep here.
These are more suggestions I would have liked to have a microwave and a mini fridge. Also the door closers to the employees room where the cleaning staff are in and out of all day, needs to be adjusted. It slams too hard and is very loud all day long.

Great hotel to get a good nights sleep in. Very clean. No mold or bed bugs. I would definitely stay here again.
