Bed and room was comfortable. It was in close proximity to my meetings at the Miami VA
Problems with the parking (gates going in and out). Had to wait frequently - almost every time I approached the gates. There was a broken gate going in and was stuck behind big shuttle bus for 10 minutes. Outgoing - my room key never opened the gate an

Yes. the exception was the rude parking employee. Very impolite. Other than that great service.
PARKING attendent and having to pay for parking made no sense.

Location was good for early morning flights
Noone had the power to say 'yes' !!!! Screwed up prepaid reservation.

Upon arrival was told my already paid for room had been cancelled..it took 40 minutes for them to decide I had not cancelled and give me my room. Had asked for an extra relaxation pkg (which had been in my room the week prior) and when we got in our room there were none, not even the one. When I called the front to ask for one it appeared noone had the power to say 'yes'. Finally were told yes and someone brought 1 to room...asked for another and once again permission had to be recieved...it was painful!!!! During my stay an the 10th checkin was seamless, front desk called a few moments sfter we were in the room to check if everything was ok with the room, customer service was excellent on this stay

Helpful staff always when I stay here.
Ice machines always broken. Going to other floors is a hassle. Need to use the key even to go down? A little too much! Pool area is kind of dingy.

The van service and Front Desk Staff are the best features. Hotel Restaurant is below average. If you decide to take the stairs you will locked in unless you go to certain floors where the door works. First floor exit requires Fire Alarm.Not a good solution for safety! Business Center is very nice though.
