The location was convenient to Philadelphia where we were focusing on and the rate was very good for that.
The hotel did not live up to Crown Plazas we have stayed in before. The coffee maker had not been cleaned for a long time. The sediment and deposits in the water well were bad. There was not a full compliment of coffee and condiments in the room.

The hotel obviously needs an update. The carpet in the hallway of our floor was discolored and stained. The room showed evidence of customer misuse. On the other side, the bed was very comfortable and the desk staff were more an accommodating.

the rooms were clean spacious the view was soo nice and the room service omg sooo good and they had starbucks downstairs and the staff was very friendly
only thing i didnt like is that its a non smoking hotel but it wasnt that bad

Helpful staff, The Keurig in the room was a nice touch. The Room was comfortable and in-room personal amenities were great. Fitness room was average with treadmills and ellipticals (2) Very good food in the bar and restaurant, Drink prices were average
Everything felt like home until I turned on the TV - Analogue cable on a HD monitor; Terrible. I know it sounds nit-picky but the "Crown Plaza" should have HD Cable. Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable. I expected more as a business user.

It was NOT a 3 star hotel. peeling wallpaper, old carpets, dingy textiles, awful tub and sink faucets (directions for use were printed above !), and chipped up furniture. shampoo and conditioner had been already used...... elevators filthy..... 3 star????

Don't stay here if you are expecting a three star quality hotel. more like a 2.

Room service had more offerings than hotel restaurant at more reasonable prices.
Hairs in shower before we used it. Marks and what looked like mold on the walls. Stains on sheets.

I have stayed at everything from less than 1 star to 5 star hotels. Mostly I just view hotels as somewhere to sleep and my needs for that are pretty simple. There are many 2-star hotels that I have stayed at in my travels that I found more than good enough for my needs and all of them better than the room at the Crowne Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ which was supposedly a 3 star hotel. A nice lobby does not a good hotel make. They should have spent less money on the lobby and more on the rooms.
