They did not have the room I purchased available for that day. Until I complain they give another room.

Facilities are clean, good location near commercial and airport. easy access to the Hwy. does not include breakfast.

Although we were just passing thru, I wish we had more time to enjoy the comfort a bit more. the staff is the most honest that I have ever encountered.

It was clean and parking was complementary and available.

Water pressure was low and hot water limited. The Hotel was adequate but it is a vit old and dated and not a 3.5 star property.

The customer service was very poor. We were asked to return back for check-in twice. Infact we were told the room was unavailable until we insisted.

The customer service reps seemed confused and clueless. There were lots of people waiting around to check-in who were upset because they were told their rooms were not ready even after waiting for over an hour. One of the male customer service reps kept looking at the computer screen in front of him and appeared nonchalant and oblivious of what was going on around him.

Room was spacious,large TV ,security in parking. Large bathroom, fridge.

Not a lot of parking,heated pool was cold.

Hotel was awesome,staff friendly, made you feel welcome,met and exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend.

It was very clean and well kept.

There was not enough parking for the amount of guests staying at the hotel.

We had a great stay! No problems checking in or out. I was very impressed with how clean and fresh it was, and the beds were very comfy! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we were right next to the freeway it was quite and we were undisturbed by noise. If I plan to return to San Antonio, I will stay here again. All around great experience!
