Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 13, 2012

I would not stay here again. This hotel charges for everything from high speed Internet to the valet only parking at $45/night. Rather true upper crust quality should come built into the price. The breakfast was also gross. Also its website is misleading. Currently it says that it guarantees that the cheapest rates for the hotel can be found on the company website and if you find a cheaper night elsewhere your first night is free. No disclaimers are mentioned. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its staff, from the concierge to the maid, all were stellar.

Good hotel, huge rooms for downtown hotel, but lobby/restaurant areas are showing its age.

Clean attractive accommodations. The front desk gave us a room with a view. The cocktail lounge was very nice and the service was lovely.

Room is a little small. Bathroom door had no lock. The lobby is really small...smallest I've seen for a 3 star hotel. Decor and room feels more like a 2 1/2 - very low 3 star hotel. Wanted to upgrade to there club level...they said it would be $50 extra per night.

OK if you have no car. Avoid at all costs if you are driving.

This hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful however I found the restaurant menu overpriced as well as business center access. The location is also directly off an off-ramp which makes for good car access, but poor foot traffic location on 2 sides.

Overall, the staff was friendly. Man at the front desk was fantastic. I knew I was going to pay for the parking, but was sorely disappointed at the amount. The valet lost our keys, making us late for an appointment. I did make a call to the front desk that wasn't returned.

The hotel featured a delicious restaurant and had very friendly staff. The front desk workers and managers helped meet all my needs and solved any problems I presented them with. The hotel parking was very reasonably priced for the amount of time we stayed. Besides not having a microwave anywhere in the hotel and finding a dirty cutip on the bathroom floor, I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for just about anywhere in Seattle. ...
