The size of the room
very crowded lobby/hallways to elevators

The hotel wsa a great location, if you want to stay in Times Square. I was visitng for work and I personally found the hotel very crowded.

Hotel was worn out, noisy between rooms, big gaps in the door so light streamed in from the hallway.

yes the restroom tub was clogging up would not drain.U could here all the notice going on downstairs hallway and pipes in wall.

i was staying at the Grand Hyatt but had to leave do to an incedent. The Crown Plaza which is the hotel I am rating. NOTHING like the Grand Hyatt. Maybe because it was an old hotel. Over all I will not b returning there again very unsatisfied and to top it all of I did not pay the 588.00 i was promised to pay on Priceline i payed 700 for 2 nights. PRICELINE LIED!

OMG....what a nice hotel. My 1st time to New York and the room was in a perfect location. Our room had a direct view to Times Square and was perfectly located.
The morning breakfast was adequate but was only sufficient to last until we could find an eatery close by.

Perfect location....beautifully appointed rooms...great staff. I couldn't have asked for anything better for the rate we paid. IT WAS A WONDERFUL TRIP in large part to the hotel.

the rooms were good size, clean and modern
no refridgerator in room. had to pay $50 extra

concierge was very helpful and so were the doormen wen we needed a cab.

None of the above....I was not impressed with unfeeling staff and did not get the bed preference I expected. Do NOT tell me that your hotel has NO rooms with double beds. Riduclous.

Great location....bar staff very cordial and polite as we and a hundred other people waited for 3 to roll around...no such thing as early check in...even if you are on oxygen.... We moved the chaise chair and found a small child's art musings....papers he/she had drawn on...So how thorough was that cleaning, folks? And the bed nonsense was sheer nonsense. Glad my traveling companion was a female or it might have been a little tricky. ...read more

The staff was amazing, location was perfect, and on-site parking helped tremendously.
Room was a little on the small side.

The location puts you in the heart of everything. Very easy to get out and walk, hail a cab, or hop on the subway. Plenty to do right outside the front door. Staff are both very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, as we were in the heart of the theatre district, within walking distance to every theatre we attended. The staff was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
I had no bad experiences, nor was I left wanting for anything.

This hotel is in the center of everything! All the Broadway theatres are just a few blocks away. There are restaurants in every price range on every block, also just steps away. You're only two long blocks from Rockefeller Plaza, as well. A great location. The hotel bar/lounge is comfortable and has a great view overlooking Broadway down below.
