Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crowne Plaza Universal Orlando
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 14, 2013

The Hotel is close to Universal and was on the same road so was very nice to get to that park. The room are nice and clean. However I wanted free wi-fi when I was looking for a hotel and the advertisement for this one was misleading unless you read all through the information. The wi-fi was free in the lobby only. If you wanted it in your room you had a pay a daily fee which I though was ridiculous for this service. I've had free wi-fi at less expensive and just as nice hotels. ...

Many things to do and many places to visit just at a short walking distance from hotel. Restaurants such as Fridays, Buffalo Wild Wings, ihop, Mcds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, dominos pizza, and much much more all at walking distance. Attractions such as universal studios & island of adventures , wet & wild, RIPLEY'S believe it or not, bowling and best of all access to the famous I-ride (bus transportations to all other parks, seaworld & aquatica 15 min bus ride) awesome hotel location, so many options on what to do. ...

Hotel was close to Universal, but the shuttle I was told they had does not run at night for HHN and therefore I had to pay $10 each way (plus tip) for transportation. It is a 3 star. There is nothing fancy or upscale about this place. Also, my daughter asked for a blanket 2x and it never came. Finally she went down to the front desk and got one.

dated. Definitely not a typical 4 star hotel.
Average at best. Old and dated looking. Employee service was at best, average.
