Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crowne Plaza Universal Orlando
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

No real complaints, other than the overpriced drinks and automatic gratuity. Universal is super close, as are many restaurants. This is my second stay at the hotel and I will stay there again, as long as I use Priceline. But I will not utilize any of the onsite restaurants or bars.

Excellent location if you are going to universal, I wasn't crazy about the beds but overall was very clean and it had a nice pool with jacuzzi.

Hotel was good, nothing to really complain about. A bit on the pricier side but the location sort of makes up for it.

Restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with a chef to cook your eggs to order if you like; such as omelets. Dinner restaurant has some good items on menu, however there are some items with too little flavor such as the fish. The flat bread spinach has way too much cream sauce. The scallops however were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Great Staff all around. The proximity to restaurants, Universal, Wet N Wild was great and once you learn the lay of the land, getting around is a snap. Very comfortable firm bed; I slept longer than I have all year and felt so refreshed once I woke. ...
