All food and drinks at the hotel are ridiculously overpriced. In addition, gratuity is added automatically, for no reason.

No real complaints, other than the overpriced drinks and automatic gratuity. Universal is super close, as are many restaurants. This is my second stay at the hotel and I will stay there again, as long as I use Priceline. But I will not utilize any of the onsite restaurants or bars.

The hotel had really good location
The beds weren't very comfortable, my only encounter with a staff member wasn't very pleasant either, it made me feel that I was bothering her. She did not seem to like being in there.

Excellent location if you are going to universal, I wasn't crazy about the beds but overall was very clean and it had a nice pool with jacuzzi.

When we arrived I asked if I could be upgraded to a suite, they did it at no charge and were super nice about it! Have stayed there twice and it's great!
No free Wifi, you either have to use it in the lobby or pay for it.

The location was great.
Too little parking spots. The AC vent was right next to our faces...

Hotel was good, nothing to really complain about. A bit on the pricier side but the location sort of makes up for it.

Very comfortable bed; noisey ac unit, but kept room cool. Great location to Universal, malls and restaurants.

Restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with a chef to cook your eggs to order if you like; such as omelets. Dinner restaurant has some good items on menu, however there are some items with too little flavor such as the fish. The flat bread spinach has way too much cream sauce. The scallops however were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Great Staff all around. The proximity to restaurants, Universal, Wet N Wild was great and once you learn the lay of the land, getting around is a snap.
