Cleanliness was good overall.
Staff were rude, bad plumbing in the room, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

We were supposed to have a room with 2 beds, but upon arrival 2 beds were considered an "upgrade", complete with an upgrade fee. Advertised options did not match options available at the hotel. Staff were rude and unaccommodating. The manager was going to allow us to change rooms but did not communicate to staff so when we got back to change rooms, they did not accommodate us. Every time the toilet was flushed water gurgled up in the living room sink. We would have been better off staying at a 2 star hotel. Definitely did not meet 4 star standards. ...read more
