Had such a bad experience, it's hard to say much positive.
Offered money back to customer, told customer to have agency contact the hotel, only to deny refund and keep customer's money.
Highly dishonest in not acknowledging and taking responsibility for their mistake. In fact first encountered staff not willing to tell me his name. Staff not willing to or perhaps not able of comfortable contacting and truthfully informing hotel owner who resides overseas in the USA. Owner unwilling to contact customer or provide more that bare minimum, split second attention to customer complaint because he was "busy seeing patients" in the USA. His response was extremely out of touch with the situation. Hotel staff used upset of customer as excuse to cease addressing the issue. ...
