Hotel Guest Reviews of the Cypress, A Kimpton Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 15, 2013

This was a wonderful hotel, especially for the price. It would be a marvelous place to do a conference or a retreat, as the bathrooms are near the conference rooms and the general layout favors such activity. The rooms are very comfortable and there are robes that you can use while you stay there.

Pros: Comfortable, well-appointed room in central Cupertino. Professional front desk personnel. Walking distance or a very short drive to a number of really good to great restaurants. Cons: Windows look into office buildine next door. Very difficult street access from a very busy intersection.

We needed a hotel at the last minute. All hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The location was perfect for us and convenient to various shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If you are looking for peace & tranquility, away from the routine of big cities, Cypress seems to be the solution. I am a writer and I was able to be creative and accomplish a lot in one night there. Next time, I will stay longer. Staff was always available to graciously help us. Excellent time there! Will be back.
