First thing that my wife and I both noted was how the hotel carefully filled rooms from those at the back of the hotel furthest from the noise of the busy freeway outside first. We couldn't even hear the ten lanes of traffic outside. Very impressive.
Wasn't really much of a view out of what were really nice windows, just nothing to really look at. The room itself was affordably priced, but the prices on the room service and hotel restaurant menu were ridiculously expensive by comparison.

We absolutely loved everything. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. Great breakfast buffet. Nothing we didn't like. The staff was beyond helpful and professional

Fabulous staff! Shuttle was very convenient. Shuttle drivers were great! Front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful!
We wished the hotel was within walking distance from some of the attractions. However, the shuttle ran until 11 pm so we could get wherever we needed by simply calling the front desk.

They did not honor our Priceline booking price and room preference. We ended up paying more for the rooms and the reservation manager was rude about it.

This is a nice hotel with management that is rude and dismissive. The regular employees were nice and courteous. If they had quality management that focused even a little on customer service, I would rate this hotel as highly as possible

Bathroom layout: wash sink outside of shower/toilet. We would prefer enclosure for sink as well (noise), also furniture in room was not the cleanest.

I liked everthing

We have stayed at the Omni and Renissance hotels on our previous stays and although enjoyed those... we would definitly choose this hotel above the others. The decor was fantastic, comfortable beds and very clean, plus it was a suite so it made it nice in the morning when one of us wanted to sleep. The resturant was very nice and food was great. (must try parmesan crusted chicken) Excellent price and fantastic staff!!! Dont miss out on this hotel! ...read more
