Bed was extremely firm; I ended up using the comforter as a sleeping bag to get a little more cushioning. The hotel is quite close to Djemma Al Fna and Saad Tombs, but getting to/from it involves a hike through pedestrian-only neighborhood streets, so this hotel is not for people who want to get in a cab at the door (cars can't even get there).
