Hotel Guest Reviews of the Dauphine Orleans Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 15, 2013

The morning breakfast is very good. Something there for everyone. Everything had been recently painted maybe because of the Super Bowl. All staff-front desk, cleaning & bell captain were very helpful. Lots of good places to eat very close to the hotel.

Pay attention to the hours for the "free breakfast"; weekend hours differ from those for weekdays. Linens changed on a "demand" (ask for them to be changed) basis. Not every tour operator will pick-up right from the front of the hotel as they will at many of the larger hotels in town, but you don't have to walk more than a block or two to get to where you can be picked up.The hotel pool was somewhat blocked off because of construction in the area, but I do not consider this a serious demerit. ...

The hotel had a lot of New Orleans charm. Very convenient location, you could crawl home from the bars on Bourbon. Great staff. Very pretty courtyard. May Baily's, the hotel bar, has a lot of character and is the perfect place for a late night drink. Overall awesome experience, can't wait to go back!
