Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Asheville Mall
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 20, 2012

Older hotel, but great for the price. The hotel is close to lots of attractions and the staff are very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and is a good bonus to staying there.

For location, comfort, cleanliness, and
free food, simply the finest hotel in Asheville. Literally minutes away from downtown, and a short walk to a large mall. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and easily saved us $20 each day. When you add that to the reasonable room rates, this hotel is a steal.

The air was basic, low/high. We were burning up, then freezing cold. The room just needed to be upgraded, paint, fixtures were loose. You get what you pay for and I will say we have been in worse.

The hotel is on a busy road, little hard to get in and out of. But makes it convenient to get where you want to go quickly. Non smoking room reeked of old cigarette smoke. (The sheets even smelled of it.) Fake hardwood floors and bad color selections make the room feel even worse. This hotel seems to be party headquarters for college crowds, so it's a great place for crashing I guess. ...

Overall the hotel was fine. Just no place to set anything in bath like Ur clothes to put on before coming out.

I will not stay in a Days Inn again - we were very disappointed. Our first room had no carpeting and was infested with gnats. We were moved to a better room, but the overall quality is poor. The breakfast was poor. The swimming pool was decent.
