The location was perfect...only 3 miles from our son. Perfect because it was right next to a WaWa!!!Staff were so very nice!!! Really enjoyed our stay.
There is not one thing that I can find to criticize EXCEPT our room keys would not always work so we had to keep going to the desk.
for the money, the motel was a steal!!!!

Convenient location. Good price for area. Clean sheets and towels.
Ceiling in bathroom and light need to be fix. Older establishment that needs to have a complete over-haul. New beds, not comfortable. Wall paper coming off walls, does not seem like it has been re-modeled in years.
OK for price but does need a complete re-model, even the check-in area has the wallpaper coming down.

Two light bulbs were burnt out.
The motel was clean; the staff friendly; check-in and check-out was simple. A good value for the price.

Convenient to everything in Berlin NJ, nice place to stay for the weekend.
Nothing noted at this time...
We have stayed at this hotel before, when it was a "Best Inn" and when it was "Berlin Inn". They seem to have improved their operation from a few years ago!! Keep up the good work!!

Mini free breakfast.
Front desk should be more accommodating to guests.
Not happy that the front desk didn't honor our reservation price at first and we checked in a little early and he took our money right away and told us to come back at 3 to check in. We had to beg and plead to check us in a little early!
