Family Traveling with Young Children
Very unsupportive of families with young children. Definitely would not stay here again.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We booked two rooms with two beds each, got one bed each. Cots were borrowed from the Holiday Inn next door and were broken, brought to the room at 11:00 PM. When we had checked in at 4 or 5 PM The pool was okay, but the water in the hot tub or jacuzzi was yellow.

Further out than we thought from Albuquerque and area we were visiting. Staff friendly but room needed some cleaning, towels were small and old. furniture, rug had deep stains, bathroom needed small repairs, room was clean but older or used feeling.

Solo Traveler
I called at 7pm to let the front desk clerk know we were going to be a late check in. At 2am the front door was locked and no clerk insight. We called the hotel many times with no answer. The clerk came out of the back room 20-30 minutes later rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. He certainly had been sleeping while we were locked outside. While taking a bath the next morning I could clearly see heavy black stains under the toilet rim and smell the toilet from the bathtub. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Family Traveling with Teens
This was the second time we stayed here. Both times we were very pleased with everything. The price could not be beat. Staff went out of their way to get my lap top working. Will stay here again.

Business Traveler
The hotel was what I expected for the price. I did not want a luxury hotel, simply a safe, comfortable spot to sleep. The breakfast, pool and hot tub were a bonus. I would stay at this hotel again.
