Overall value is outstanding.
Access to the Interstate is a little tricky.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very clean accommodations and a very nice breakfast spread. We were quite pleased with our stay.

Very friendly staff, clean room, extremely comfortable bed.
The pool was NOT heated as advertised, it was like ice water. Brutal! But it could be because of the renovations. Also the pool is separated from the lobby by glass. Very awkward to swim while being watched by people checking in and taking the elevator

For
xxx I was very happy. Would recommend and will definitely be staying there again in September.

That in order to get out of the parking lot you can only go right.

Very accommodating and they have washer/dryers!

Soon after arriving, the gal at the front desk called my room to make sure everthing was going well... this was a touch I have never experienced before at any hotel... ranging from boutique to roadside hole.
A water main burst the last few hours I was there... I was called in my room and advised not to use the water in the restroom... and if I need to use it, I should use the ones located in the front lobby. This was a big bummer!

Helpful staff and good location. Good room for a family of 4...2 adults and 2 children.

Staff was very friendly and for it going through renovations it was very picked up. The parking wasn'tthe greatest. We had to park far away from our room. The pool was nice since we traveled with kids. I wish there were more places for towels at the pool area. I had to put our towels on the wet floor due to the 4 chairs being occupied. Super location by interstate just outside Burlington.

Amazing value for a nice room with fridge and microwave - no idea why it was only listed as 1-star (maybe because parts of the hotel were undergoing renovations).

Mold on shower curtain, hole in ceiling, not enough lighting in room.

Almost handicap accessible, has an elevator, than half flight of stairs to room. Everything in the room is the absolute cheapest quality available.
