Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Burns

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Terrific, warm welcome, and on a cold night, warm room to come into..Nice staff, clean, just right.

Good basics: comfy bed, clean room, and then not-so-basics like really warm welcome in spite of horrificly late arrival.

Nothing.
Terrible room odor, worn out mattress, room heat did not work during second night of stay.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We make an annual visit to Burn, Oregon and stay two or three nights. There are several excellent motels in Burns and we will choose one of them for our next stay. I remember the motel we stayed in from the 1980's and at that time it was first class. I liked the price that was offered this year but soon discovered it was no bargain. Won't be going there again. ...read more

Closest to where my son is at
We were informed it had wi- fi. To do work on the computer and it did not so one if the parties could not get his final paper done which was due Monday

For this particular hotel price too high... And not all rooms have wi-fi

I most appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when I checked in at about 10 p.m. Thursday night. I asked if any restaurants were open, which in a town that small, isn't a given. They recommended a couple close places, and they were very friendly .
The only thing I did not appreciate was cleaning staff knocking on the door at 9:30 a.m. and then opening the door, after I had just come out of the shower. I understand the pressure to get rooms turned around, but customers can't be rushed.

The location is right on Burns's east-west main street, so it's easy to find. The staff was helpful in providing meal options at 10 p.m., if a little quick to turn out my room before I was checked out. It was perfect for what it was, a late-night stop on the way from Southern Oregon to Northeastern Oregon.

It was clean.
The breakfast was not good.

As expected, it was a one star motel. It was clean if maybe a wee bit on the dingy side. The only thing that was a real disappointment was the breakfast. The bread items were dried out, the coffee was terrible, the cheese items put out were not kept cold and tasted off, but there was good cereal and yogurt.

Close to Safeway grocery.
Paddle lock on the pool.

Everything is a little outdated.
