Days Inn Cocoa Cruiseport West At I-95/528

Hotel was very clean. There was no cigarette butts laying around outside like most hotels. The room was clean. The refrigerator didn't work when we first arrived at the hotel. The manager had his maintanance man fix it promptly. I was very impressed.

Affordable facility within 1/2 hour of the attractions of KSC and the beach. The room we stayed in was in need of some minor repairs---such as the toilet handle and light switch. It could have used a coat of paint as well.

The hotel Cocoa Beach Daypoirt West was a great value and close to sites such as the KSC and Cocoa Beach. I would stay there again. The front desk staff were very helpful. The pool was clean and the water was warm. Nice outdoor setting with nicely cared for lawn and surrounding palm trees.

Horrid place to stay. Smashed a termite and took other bugs out of room. Was afraid of what I might get staying there. Not kept up very will. Will never return.

I got what I paid for which was CRAP!!! Different breed of bugs were in the room. It was as if me and my kids were invading their space. After 4 hours we checked out. I don't live with bugs and didn't plan to stay the weekend with any. And had no intentions on taking any home with me. The service rep suggested sending someone to SWEEP the bugs out of the room. But I suggested my money back. Once the manager finally decided to give me what I wanted (my money) I preceded to the room to collect my stuff where the maintenance man was vacuuming the bugs!!!
