Business Traveler
The reviews are LIES obviously put on the internet by the owners. The lobby stinks to high heavens, the rooms are filthy including the bed covers (mystery stains), the door to the bathroom was so nasty I had to use one of the hard as sandpaper hand towles to get in and out of the bathroom. Anyone with sensitive skin would be injured by whatever starch they used to wash the towles with. The pool obviously has been out of order for years. There is no hottub as advertised. The breakfast was disgusting/inedible. The location was 45 miles from the collosium, not 20 miles as advertised so I wasted a lot of gasoline. After requesting a smoke free room the owner rudely told me I had requested smoking and I could take that or leave it. This is the worst hotle i've stayed in in over 25 years of travel. The owners should be ashamed to put up travelers in such nastiness. Whatever the filth level they may have been used to in their country of origin, they need to step up to standards of cleanliness in America. This hotel should be inspected and closed until they can make it sanitary! ...

It is an older motel that had not had any upgrades in some years. The room was clean except for a dirty washcloth that had been left hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was only one small bar of soap between the bath and lavatory.

Business Traveler
For the hotels in this area this one faired far better than most. On a scale of 1 to 10 based on other hotels in this region I give it a 9. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous and the continental breakfast was what is expected.

This hotel was extremely outdated but we were given a large corner room, which was a plus.
