This hotel in Dallas, Ga is very dirty. The room was dirty, minimum cleaning was done. I was wrapped up all night in my own blankets because I really did not want to touch the bed. When I was taking a shower a roach came from out of nowhere. A spider was in the living area. The television looked like someone dropped it on the floor, picked it up and put tape all over it to fix it back together. The walls were very thin. People actually live their that look like they do drugs all day. This place does not even get 1 star from me. Please stay away.

Prior reviews told the story of uncleanliness. I found them to be true. I should have paid attention. I thought that the owners would have corrected the problem, however even though they are very likeable and perfectly nice people the room did have "curlies" in the bathroom.It wouldn't have taken much additional effort to actually clean the room. The sheets were clean but had burn holes in them. The orange juice machine was out of order and I suspect it has been for a long time. The Sunny D was a substitute set out on the table with plastic containers of "bulk" cereal. It just felt as though every possible cut was made to tighten the budget so mostly I just would like to say "you don't have to make a lot of money to be clean so at least get that right" ...read more

this was my frst visit to dallas,ga..for the money my stay at this motel gets a 10 in my own review..thanks very much.

If you don't eat you breakfast there this is a very good place to stay for the cost.

I wished I had spent the extra money and stayed some place nicer. The staff had no clue on how to check us in and charged my card twice. The room was filthy and had hair everywhere. Anything that touched the carpet had black debris all over it. There were crickets in our room. The linens were dirty and very stiff. The rooms were nasty, no smoke alarm or sprinkler. the door had been kicked in and half way repaired. we got a refund and left. We had reserved 2 rooms and traveling as a family to a wedding. Had to sleep on the floor and air mattresses at my sisters house. Very Bad experience. I would remove this hotel from my site immediately.
