I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay in Jackson, TN and drive the 45 minutes into Dyersburg to visit. They said pets were welcome, then after driving 250 miles, they had a sign that said, no pets. Charged me an additional $15.00 to not turn me away. Also, when I asked for a ground floor room, they said they were full and we had to take the 2nd floor. When we arrived back at the hotel around 8:00 pm, there were 4 cars in parking lot and not a light on in a single room. At 4:00 the next morning, there were still only 4 cars in the parking lot. They just didn't want to be bothered with the 2 minutes of computer work to put us in a different room. Also, the breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, batter and some prepackaged pastries of questionable age. Next time, we stay in Jackson.

The hotel was adequate but was not really fancy. They only had one luggage cart which was nowhere to be found when we were ready to leave and we had to carry our luggage out by hand.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL CHAIN, I AM NORMALLY WITH HIGHER STAR RATED HOTELS HOWEVER, DUE TO THE LOCATION OF MY TRIP THIS ONE WAS AVAILABLE AND I DID GET A GOOD RATE. THE BREAKFAST MEAL CAN BE IMPROVED UPON AND THE ACCOMADATIONS FOR EXTRA BLANKETS AND PILLOWS WAS INEXCUSEABLE SINCE IT IS SUMMER AND NOT DEAD OF WINTER, EITHER THEY DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE OR JUST IS NOT SUFFICIENTLY STOCKED WITH EXTRA BEDDING, WHICHEVER THE CASE, THIS WAS UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. ...
