Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Gillette
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 23, 2012

I thought it was run down and in very poor condition. Several lights didn't work in the room, desk area was very small, no outlets for computer.

Acceptable, for a tired trucker. Parking enough for quite a few trucks with a truck stop just a block away.

This motel was very clean everywhere. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Most hotels don't do breakfasts early on weekends but this one had breakfast at 6:00 am on the weekend which was great. Will stay here again when in town and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is passable, but barely. It was a 1-star economy hotel. The breakfast 'buffet' was just a waffle iron, some fruit loops, and plain bagels, with the single-serving packages of jam, cream cheese, etc. Oh, and it was only open until 9am. It also only has 3 tables in the breakfast area. In other issues, there are no swimming pool or weight room. The elevator was beat up and very 'creaky'. The plumbing fixtures were from the 70s at the newest, and the bathroom had a loud noise in it (like someone on the other side of the wall was taking a shower) the entire time, day or night, even when the light was off. Oh, and there were
stains on the pillow cases. They looked as if they had been washed, but the stains were still pretty visible and about 'half dollar' sized. There were also large, obvious stains on the carpet and on the bathroom walls. I will not be staying in another Day's Inn. ...

Although the staff was efficient and friendly, I was disappointed with the general condition of the hotel and its facilities. The walls were thin, towels were clean but old, frayed, and faded, the breakfast area was very cramped with insufficient seating, and the bathroom fixtures were dated and worn.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I called the hotel to find out if the rooms had two beds. The person on the line assured me that my rooms had two beds and could accommodate the 4 adults and 3 children in my family. When we arrived at 1
O'Clock in the morning after a 4 hour detour our rooms had one bed each and we had to move to other rooms at a higher price. In the morning the manager would not budge even though I had called before hand and been told the rooms had two beds. He got nasty asked us to leave, and I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone. ...
