Days Inn Grand Haven

The hotel was basic but the beds were comfy and the room clean. There was a nice looking pool area but we did not use it.

If you only need a bed to sleep in for only one night, maybe a good place, otherwise look elsewhere.

Good location, but the hotel needs updating/renovation. While it is fairly clean, it just seems a bit worn down.

Rooms were quiet, front desk was helpful with helping answer my questions, lots of parking for boat with trailer.

It was noisy because the rooms were not insulated and the guests had children that they didn't supervise or try to control. The receptionist asked the woman with 2 out of control children in the next room to be quiet and the adult yelled at the receptionist, so we had to switch rooms. The 2nd room was much nicer.

Located on Rt. 31 just south of the downtown area it was relatively handy for the vacation traveler. Staff was very helpful providing city maps and directions and suggestions for things to see. While I did not use the indoor pool, it looked lovely. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the only thing I missed was having a refrigerator available. WiFi connection was the best I'd had on my entire trip! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice area that was used for breakfast. The room was a nice size and clean but again very outdated decor.
