Helpful friendly staff upon check-in; we were provided a room with a "handicap" bathroom, which we did not require. Location is fine other than the fact that you have only one way out of the hotel parking lot.
We didn't like the 1990's TV; very old and antiquated; and we didn't appreciate the noise at 4 am from the room beside us or one or two down; not sure; but someone should have addressed this.
Accommodation is a little out-dated; location is ok as long as you know your way around the area; Continental breakfast is outdated but ok for what you pay for.

Great pet-friendly hotel. Extremely clean, with great service. Would definitely stay here again.

We were upgraded to a suite; very unexpected and very nice.
The continental breakfast could use a little more variety.
Great hotel for a quick over-nighter; I don't think I'd stay there for more than a night or two.

Bed was comfy.
Stains on carpet, ceilings, ancient TV,could have been much cleaner.
Requires better maintenance, continental breakfast weak, overnighter at most. won't go back.

Distance of green area from hotel room that allows pets.
Nothing remarkably excellent. Seems like a good place for families traveling. If plan on watching much TV - not the place. No flat screen.
