Days Inn Lamar

1 child, asked for a room w/ 2 beds; wanted 20 extra. Not good practice to hose the customer over an extra breakfast.

This was one of the best Days Inn I have ever stayed in. My husband and I travel a lot for work, so we're used to not always getting a nice motel in smaller towns. The Days Inn in Lamar, Co was excellent. While traveling in Wyoming the Days Inn in Evanston was terrible. We almost didn't give Days Inn another chance but I'm glad we did. The staff was excellent and helped to give directions if anything was needed. The maids did a great job cleaning the rooms and the lobby. The kitchen area was spotless. The hotel was clean and well worth the cost of the room. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The room was. clean and spacious. The shower head was not the greatest, but it shot out plenty of hot water. The internet worked and was easy to log onto. Plenty of speed also. Had a good night of sleep. Then was able to eat a pretty good breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was not like a bigger days inn but it was filling and included with room. Definitely recommend this hotel over the "Cow Palace" across the street where I stayed the next night due to the days inn being book up. Hotel was clean and easy to get to.

Staff not real friendly but still one of the better options in this location

The motel was conveniently located and easy to find. The room was arranged well with refrigerator and microwave. It was clean and provided a pleasant environment. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest.
