I had a smoking room and was unable to change to a non-smoking room.

Cheap price, but the smoking room had a nasty smell.

Everything. Poor customer service and disgusting accommodations..

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hotel staff was rude and the room was disgusting. There were also strange people hanging out in the lobby. I doubt they were hotel guests.

The location.
No pets they are family members to some people!

This is the third time in 6 months my husband and I have stayed at this motel. We travel from New York City every 2 months to visit our grand children. however since we cant always have someone to keep our pet we may have to choose different in the future.

Beautiful view, and central location.
Thin sheets.

Comfortable, well-maintained, relatively low-cost accommodation within a 20 minute drive of Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Co, and other Berkshire attractions.

It was cheap.
It was gross.

There was mold in the fridge/bathroom/ceiling. Toilet barely worked. Heat was broken.

The price was good.
I did not like that the door was unlocked upon arriving at the door and the light switch inside the door did not work.

Overall the hotel was just kind of dirty and old. The room didn't seem like it had a really good cleaning for a long time. It was sufficient for my purposes. I did not feel as safe as I should with the door being unlocked upon arrival, lights not working and the door having trouble shutting/unlocking.
