Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Maysville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 10, 2012

Mattress was well beyond its life expectancy. i sank into it. No bathroom fan. Poor quality cable. No fitted sheets on beds. just a full sheet folded in half. Outdated TV. We were housed next to workers renovating the hotel that were drinking in the evening. Pool gate was loose and sloppy. Pool was not lighted at night. Continental breakfast was a large disappointment. 10 bagels and donuts under glass. Juice was sour. Cereal had been there for a while. the place was nasty. ...

This is a shabby hotel frequented by sportsmen. Older rooms, furniture, etc. need not be a problem. Not cleaning is.

I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel to anyone. It gives Days Inn a bad representation.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, our room had peeling wallpaper, soiled carpets and an ancient, cracked tile bathroom. For the price we paid, I would expect a cleaner environment.

This was an older motel with older beds, the bathroom had mold in it, there was cigarette smoke smell coming from the vent in the bathroom in a non-smoking room and the toilet ran.

Rooms were ok but not something you would want to stay in more than a day or two.

One room had an attaching room that was empty and about midnight the alarm started going off. The manager did not have excess to the room, so they moved to another room in the middle of the night. Not a good experience for two adults and two children. The next morning a clerk mentioned this to the manager as he checked out and said he felt they should be given a free nights stay at a Days Inn and was told they could not do that but would remember them the next time he stayed in that hotel. Besides this, the stay was nice and what I expected. ...
