My room was disgusting. The toilet was clogged and didn't flush. There was a woman's fake fingernail laying on the bathroom floor. The shower had mold growing on the walls and the shower curtain was moldy too. The door between my room and the room next door didn't lock. When I informed the front desk staff, he didn't seem to think any of this was a problem. He actually didn't care until I threatened to leave and find another hotel. He finally offered me another room, which was just as nasty. This place is clearly run-down and the owner's have no intention of using any of their money to renovate. ...

knob broken, coffee pot plug didn't work, remote control didn't work, bed bugs, walked in hot stairway to get to room.
We arrived at 11 pm, and were nicely greeted. No problems checking in. The far side door was broken, and they have no elevators so we had to walk up 2 flights of a painfully humid stairway. Got to the room, it wasn't too bad. Asked for a wake up call (which we did not get) for 6, and Thank God we set our phones. A/C knobs were broken but it worked and we were frozen by time morning came. Bed was uncomfortable and we encountered some bed bugs. In the morning, went down for breakfast, it was basic....bananas, apples, cereal, but the juice was out, and it was out the whole morning. So we went upstairs to make coffee. Coffee pot was not plugged in and the outlet would not work. So I moved it into the bathroom, it leaked all over the place, but we did get coffee. All in all, it wasn't the worst stay, but it was not the best. ...

my only complaints were when
I got there they only had one of my rooms reserved, they didn't have elevators, it would have been helpful getting the bags and stuff up to the room.
