Close to airport
No complementary. Charged me more at check in, Claimed that my reservation was cancelled because they couldn't charge my card, impossible because I have thousands in that card.

Do not use for long stay.

Location is the best part of the hotel.It is 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has a decent restaurant.
They charge $35 if you check in before 3:00 p.m. You can't leave the luggage there and come back at 3:00 p.m. to check in.

The availability of a free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise pier made this experience an excellent value. The room was adequate, but a fabulous value for the price. Lobby staff was helpful in arranging a taxi for a dinner outing.

Shuttle service from airport and to cruise pier was the best part. We practically stayed for free with you calculate the costs of transportation that we avoided. Hotel was not fancy, but was certainly clean & safe with a comfortable bed.

Near the airport for my last night in Miami
Only good for airport convenience!

Nothing very good or bad. This is not a place to stay for your vacation, but very convenient for an early morning departure from MIA.

The was supposed to have a refrigerator and microwave, there was none. Also the shower did not drain properly so it took forever for the water to drain out.

The management at the hotel lack a tremendous amount of customer service skills. I was extremely unpleased with the treatment received. I will never use them again.

The best thing about the hotel was he fact that they had shuttle service. Even though the shuttle drivers couldn't speak english!
We didn't like virtually everything about the hotel!

I implore everyone to stay away from this hotel, i may not have enough space to fully describe everything that went wrong but here we go. Shuttle drivers didnt speak English. Before we stayed the first night the first night's fee. And the very next day my card was charged for the next 2days! The restaurant there had old lunch buffet up from lunch which was supposed to end at 4, we arrived at 4:30, we were told it was 8.99 p person then after they charged us 10.99, the food was old and gross! But to top it all off we had to check out early, so were still waiting on 1night stay returned to my card plus the extra 135 they took out 2 days after we checked out! Our total bill was 135 which ain't bad but they still have over 360$ which im still waiting to get back! Wtf, do not stay here! ...read more
