The location was great, close to shopping and eating areas. Full breakfast.
That I was assigned a handicap room and not a regular one.
Price was right, great shopping area and great breakfast.

Room did not come across clean and I did not feel safe there. Due to not being able to sleep, I tried to get a late checkout. Checkout time 11 AM, hotel would not even allow me to check out at 11:30 AM.

They eventually did let us stay in a non-smoking room, which is what we reserved.
The staff was rude. The room was dirty. Things were broken, such as the shower curtain. The bathtub water faucet knob, a power outlet by the bed, and a lamp.
I would not stay at this hotel ever again and would not recommend anyone else to do so.

They only had a smoking room left didn't care to much for smoking.
It needs a little updating but it was nice other than that.
