Location. Price.
Manager or acting manager acted like she did not care. She did not have my phoned request for no smoking rooms. She did not charge one room to my brother-in-laws card. Very slow. But mainly did not care. Entire downstairs smelled strongly of smoke.

Only pros were cost and location. Old decor. Smelled of smoke. Poor service.

Although room looked clean at first, there were several areas that were falling down & needed repair.

Just OK for what it was. Honestly, we get spolied by staying in condos, so my opinion may be too biased.

Wi-Fi did not work, took 5 hours for a comforter, and not enough staff on hand to help.

The WiFi did not work and when it was brought up to staff they said it was my computer which it wasn't, We asked for a comforter and sheets for my kids we had to get our kids there sheets from staff after 3 hours and then the comforter was delivered to our room at 10:30 PM with a loud pound from the staff member that woke up my son after waiting for 5-6 hours for it.

Chair in room had big round grease stain where your head would go.

The room itself was very clean.
The carpet felt dirty to bare feet.

You can tell it was an older hotel, but it worked for the price and our purpose of needing a place to stay.

Staff was accommodating and resolved any problems we had in a timely manner.
The complimentary breakfast was not up to par and not nearly enough dining space.

For the occasion, it was suitable and convenient for us. Price was reasonable and hotel is in a good location.

The hotel was clean and the staff kind and knowledgeable. You are paying for what you get. It is a clean place to sleep.

This hotel was inexpensive and suited my needs. I was able to sleep well on the comfortable beds. There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but for the price I paid, I was happy it was clean and the staff worked hard.

Friendly front desk.
Loud music coming from the hotel bar with loud bass, drunk people everywhere, awful smelling halls, overflowing trash everywhere, and stains all over.

Too expensive for the lack of quality. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathroom clean, the gym was adequate, the continental breakfast was okay.
Can't really think of anything.
